1 pound of beef (minced)
1 cup of white wine
2 teaspoons horseradish

Process
Combine beef, horseradish, garlic, chives, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Fill each mushroom (without the stem) with this mixture. Passionate Pasta
Ingredients
6 ounces fettuccini pasta
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon minced shallots
3 cups fresh mushrooms (chopped and sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
7 oz red bell peppers (roasted)
1 tablespoon drained tapas
Process
Marinate the shrimp with olive oil and cajun seasoning and set aside for fifteen minutes. Boil the pasta in salted water. Then drain and reserve. Then, in a separate pot, sauté the mushrooms and shallots in butter until tender. Remove. Now add the shrimp in the remaining butter and cook for a few minutes until the shrimp turn pink. Remove from skillet and add 2/3 cup of chicken broth to skillet. Wait until the broth reduces to about 1/4 cup. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream and cornstarch before adding to boiling broth. Cook for about a minute until the sauce thickens. Now add the shrimp, mushroom mixture, roasted red peppers, and capers. Heat well and season to taste. To do this on the pasta. That is all! 2 cups of large fresh oysters
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
10 slices of bacon
a pinch of paprika

3/4 cup margarine
3 eggs

Melt the chocolate and margarine together. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the sugar and mix well. Now add the flour, eggs and walnuts and mix to form a smooth paste.
