Definition
This error would mostly appear when you are trying to copy certain files from one folder to another, or when you are trying to download certain files and store them on your computer. The truth is that when you store some files on your PC, a string will be created to indicate the source of that file. And the error occurs when your computer cannot match the file data with your stream. Therefore, you would not be able to access the file because it would be prohibited by your operating system settings.
