People, throughout their respective lives, are faced with challenges that require one to speak up or correct existing dilemmas. In addition, people use the respective rights, such as constitutional, protective, Title VII or inherited rights granted by GOD, which allow people to develop an improved environment through the use of such rights. For example, the Constitution, written by our ancestors, enlightened many freedoms, gave speech, religion, expression and many other rights, for which the United States of America was developed. Therefore, “One Nation under GOD” was developed allowing to inherit the rights given by GOD.
However, while constitutional rights exist within our nation’s framework, other rights to protect health, safety, speech, and safety in the workplace were written to create ethical and conscientious work environments. As stated by the Department of Industrial Relations (2009), “California workers have the right to a safe workplace and a number of other, more specific rights under the California Occupational Safety and Health Act.” In essence, continuous efforts or approaches are made to achieve safe conditions in the workplace, regardless of the status or employees of the company.
In addition, while the constitutional and worker protections develop a protective shield, other protective measures such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 with additional amendments aimed at improving company environments, which improved employee shields existing. As HRhero (2008) states, “Title VII, the federal law that prohibits most harassment and discrimination in the workplace, covers all private employers, state and local governments, and educational institutions with 15 or more employees”. In essence, the additional shields that protect employees from calamity or unethical behavior contributed to the constitutional and worker protection shields.
On the other hand, the Presidents during the inauguration and during their respective mandates, swear on the Bible and “so help me GOD” protecting individual and constitutional rights. As Whipps (2009) states, “Barack Obama will place his hand on the Bible and swear to serve the United States as his president and to preserve the United States Constitution to the best of his ability.” In essence, President Obama and many other presidents have sworn to uphold individual and constitutional rights by using the Bible rather than a company manual containing front behavior policies. Furthermore, when officials use “so help me GOD” during inaugurations or other ceremonial events, officials are proclaiming respect for truth and individual rights. Furthermore, the “Pledge of Allegiance” establishes “one nation under GOD” during special events as opposed to “one nation under XYZ company” shows acceptance of individual rights from GOD. In essence, presidents or other officials use “so help me GOD” or other similar phrases instead of “so help me company.” As MacDonald (2009) stated, “it has often been seen on the internet that to find God in the Constitution, all one has to do is read it and see how often the framers used the words ‘God’ or ‘Creator’.” , ‘Jesus’ or ‘Lord'”. Therefore, inherited rights, which developed over time and are protected by the Constitution that Presidents diligently protect, use the words given by GOD throughout the framework of our nation.
However, as long as there are protective rights or shields towards individuals, companies will develop efforts to penetrate individual rights. For example, people encounter adverse behavior within a workplace that requires asking “why are we in IRAQ?” when employees are treated like human switches ready to be thrown away at a whimsical notice. Furthermore, when supervisors or managers view employees as short-lived objects or as determining the remaining years of life, age discriminatory behavior develops. Also, when human resources use the fit or quota equation, which reflects whether a Jewish German can reside within an Asian workforce. Also, when people come across carcinogenic liquids that are placed in unmarked containers and request a move to a safer environment, immediate exit policies are generated. In essence, as companies publish employee protection guidelines, companies will also violate those published guidelines. As Gover, Ph.D., Huray, Ph.D. and Matloff, Ph.D. (2006), “While governments and institutions have emphasized gender and age discrimination issues in their employee counseling sessions and bulletin board postings, many of the same institutions have been practicing an equally serious form of discrimination.” : age discrimination. Therefore, as companies promote federal policies, companies will violate those written and published policies.
Meanwhile, while people are invited to accompany cattle trains in the open, people are seeking redress to prevent such adverse practices. In other words, the aforementioned adversaries should not occur within an environment as long as policies are in place to prevent such environments. Furthermore, while individuals present evidence to legal representatives supporting respective claims, individuals are subjected to summary judgments, retaliation by litigants, or denied employment opportunity decisions that avoid such claims. In essence, while people seek justice for adverse conditions, people face more reprisals for making claims characteristic of whistleblower or godless societies. As Lubalin, Ph.D., Ardini, and Matheson (1995) state, “potential whistleblowers should consider whether the allegation will be taken seriously and the report treated confidentially and whether the report will provoke retaliation not only from the accused but also from the accused.” of the broader academic and scientific community”. As Norman Jr. and Zavalla (2007) further state:
We as a society have become so complacent that we are becoming a “do nothing” nation until it is too late. We are now becoming a godless society that is giving up our rights left and right because we don’t stand up for what is right and what our country was founded on, which is believing in God and what he stands for.
Therefore, while presidents protect the rights of society, individuals through reprisals are reprimanded for exercising such rights. Additionally, while “Economic Barriers for the Middle-Aged American Worker” provides additional awareness of the practices mentioned above, it provides practical solutions to adverse practice advertising that mitigate unfavorable practices.
In conclusion, presidents and countless officials dress with the Bible and towards GOD protecting inherited rights. Meanwhile, people throughout their respective lives discover critical practices, which require people to protect such rights. However, while individuals exercise the rights granted by GOD, individuals receive more reprisals for exercising such rights, which becomes characteristic of a society without GOD. Furthermore, since officials receive praise instead of resignation when they protect individual rights, individuals should receive similar praise instead of retaliation for exercising such rights. Unfortunately, since capitalist justice is not focused on protecting individual rights, adversities as mentioned above will continue to create more retaliatory events to protect one’s rights.
