4 Minute Fat Burner – The 8 Count Bodybuilder

As the holidays go on, we rush to eat too much.

and not getting enough exercise, we get stressed.

There is no reason why you should miss a workout when learning how

to use your body weight effectively.

You can do a great workout in as little as 4 minutes, yes, 4 minutes

And if you think this is impossible, a whim awaits you.

If you believe in fitness gurus, doctors, and fitness magazines,

I think there is no way I can do an effective workout in 4 minutes.

If these so-called fitness experts tell you there is no way to get a

great exercise to burn fat in just 4 minutes have not tried,

or did their research.

These are the same workouts that I used to lose over 82 pounds in 7 months,

so I know these short intense workouts are very effective.

Let me prove a little point, people who go to the gym and exercise,

lifting weights, walking on the treadmill, riding a stationary bike, or jogging

Begin standing up.

1. Squat down and put your hands on the ground in front of you.

2. Kick your legs back into a push-up position.

3 and 4. At the same time that you kick your legs back, you do a push-up.
