If you are looking to do a full body cleanse, you already realize that living in a modern world, we are all bombarded with toxins every day and with every breath we take. There are many cleanses on the market that target a particular organ or part of the body, such as the colon or liver. The problem with these cleanses is that the toxins remain throughout our bodies and in our bloodstream.
Our body’s natural defense against toxins is to surround the toxin with fat cells. So this would mean that the toxins also remain in the fatty areas of our body, stomach, arms, legs, buttocks, face, etc. When considering a cleanse, a full body cleanse should be your only consideration. Why clean just one part of your body when you can clean everything with the same effort?
1. You should look for a cleanse that not only removes toxins from the body, but also nourishes it nutritionally. The other day I was talking to a woman who was getting clean and she told me that at the end of the day she almost passed out from weakness. This is not what cleaning should be about. When I do two-day cleanses in a row, by the end of the second day I feel like I could run a marathon. It shouldn’t be a starvation routine.
2. You should consider a cleanse that has a weight loss component. As I mentioned earlier, our bodies surround the toxin particles with fat cells. So if you remove the fat, the toxins will go with it. How nice it is to lose a few pounds along with the cleanse. You will not only be cleaner inside, but also lighter.
3. Another thing to look for is an easy to do full body cleanse. It should be simple, and if eating is part of it, it should be tasty. As with any diet or weight loss routine, if it’s not simple, easy, and enjoyable, most people won’t stick with it and then say it didn’t work.
Doing a full body cleanse can be very rewarding. If you suffer from any type of chronic symptoms on a regular basis, you should consider doing a full body cleanse. I can confidently say that if you do it right and with a positive attitude, you will see improvements in many areas of your health and well-being.
I have known people who experience dramatic weight loss and a reduction of inches around their bodies. I knew a lady who had always had one thigh a few inches larger than the other. It had always been a problem finding pants that fit him well. Within three days of doing a full body cleanse, she had completely balanced both of her thighs. The largest eventually had decreases in size. This was a problem she had lived with for years.
Others experience a type of glow, similar to that of pregnant women, clearer skin, less pain and discomfort during menstruation, less headaches, less anxiety, better mood, more energy and the list goes on and on.
I am not saying that toxins create all of these symptoms. Mowing the grass stings my eyes, petting kittens makes me sneeze, and staring at my computer all day gives me a headache. These are not chronic symptoms, but even these can be reduced and your body can better react to these environments if you eat properly and are strong and healthy.
Doing a full body cleanse on a regular basis is something you should consider as a lifestyle. We are constantly bombarded with toxins and there is almost no way around it, unless you decide to move to remote New Guinea.
